By browsing our website or placing an order with Safe Haven Commerce LTD (RC-9167687), you agree to the terms set out below. If any part of these terms is unclear, please reach out before placing an order and we will be happy to explain.

All orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp. Browsing this website does not constitute an order. An order is only confirmed after our team has explicitly acknowledged it via WhatsApp and payment has been received.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if a pricing error occurred.
• If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
• Order confirmation messages from our WhatsApp number (+234 901 748 0005) are the only binding order records.

All prices on this website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice; the price confirmed in your WhatsApp order conversation is the price you pay.

• Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
• We do not operate a direct online payment gateway. Payment instructions are provided via WhatsApp.
• For orders above ₦500,000, escrow-secured payment is available on request.

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Here is what to expect:

• Delivery to major cities (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt) typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
• Delivery to other locations typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Large or heavy items (generators, power stations) may require additional handling time.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery and sign-off.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (logistics partners, weather, etc.).

All products sold by Safe Haven Commerce carry a manufacturer's warranty of up to 18 months from the date of delivery, depending on the product. We will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf at no extra charge.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will advise on the next steps within 48 hours.

We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and specifications. However, minor discrepancies between product images and the actual item may occur. Specifications are sourced from the manufacturer and are subject to change.

If a product you receive differs materially from its description, contact us immediately and we will make it right. See our Return Policy for details.

Safe Haven Commerce LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including loss of income, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Nigerian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
